1. User-Friendly Configuration and Field Mapping:

Revenue Details can be created from Opportunity, Quote or Order based on Financial Year.
Revenue details can be generated directly from the Opportunity, Quote or Order objects by checking the ‘Revenue Details on Opportunity/Quote/Order’ field. This feature allows users to create detailed revenue records based on financial and subscription end dates.


Revenue Metrics and Types
The app creates revenue detail records based on the financial end date and subscription end date. Users can view detailed metrics such as Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), Annual Contract Value (ACV), Total Contract Value (TCV), Net Total, Quarter-wise revenue.

Users can view detailed Purchase Type: Net New, Expansion, Reduction, Churn, Renewal, Renewal with Expansion, Renewal with Reduction, Upgrade, Downgrade.

Get started with Smart Revenue App?
- i. Visit the AppExchange platform by navigating to link.
- ii. In the search bar, enter “Smart Revenue App” and click the search icon.
- iii. Locate the ” Smart Revenue App ” listing from the search results and click on
- iv. On the app listing page, click the “Get It Now” button.

- v. Log in to your Salesforce account using your credentials.
- vi. Grant the necessary permissions to Smart Revenue App by following the prompts. Ensure that you have the required administrator privileges.
