Quoting, contracts, billing, renewals, revenue recognition, customer support — when these handoffs break, you get pricing leakage, billing errors, and forecasts nobody trusts. Bluvium designs unified Lead-to-Cash and customer operations architectures on Salesforce for companies that have outgrown patchwork.
Most companies don't have a true revenue system. They have disconnected tools stitched together over time — creating friction between Sales, Finance, and Ops.
This is not a tooling problem. It's an architecture problem.
Bluvium designs and implements connected revenue architecture across Salesforce, finance systems, and AI — so revenue teams can scale without operational friction.
Everything we build maps to one of three business outcomes — whether it's on Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or the systems connected to them.
Most revenue system failures aren't technology problems. They're handoff problems. Sales, Finance, and Operations each own a piece of the lifecycle, but nobody owns the seams between them. That's where revenue leaks — and that's where we work.
Most firms treat CPQ as a Salesforce admin ticket. But quoting failures are symptoms of deeper problems: undefined pricing governance, missing approval chains between Sales and Finance, no contract-to-order handoff. We scope Quote-to-Cash as a cross-functional operating model that connects revenue architecture to business outcomes.
Sales thinks in deals, discounts, and close dates. Finance thinks in revenue schedules, compliance, and ASC 606 allocations. When these teams run on disconnected systems, every deal creates reconciliation work. We build the shared data model and process layer that makes a single source of truth the only option.
Everyone wants Agentforce and AI automation. But AI on top of fragmented data, conflicting pricing rules, and broken handoffs just automates the mess faster. We build the architecture first — clean data model, governed processes, connected systems — then layer AI where it actually reduces cycle time.
Sound familiar? Most leaders we talk to are dealing with at least two of these — across revenue operations, customer systems, or both.
Let's Discuss Your ArchitectureWe work across the full lifecycle — from pipeline through renewals and customer success — on Salesforce and the systems connected to it.
The full quote → contract → billing → revenue recognition chain on Salesforce.

ATTOM sells geospatial data across every US county, state, and MLS — with pricing driven by geography, historical year ranges, license duration, and usage tiers. We built ~100 pricing elements in Agentforce Revenue Management (Revenue Cloud Advanced) to automate attribute-based quoting, block-based API pricing, and discount logic — including mid-cycle amendments and renewals that recalculate pro-rated pricing automatically. Eliminated spreadsheet-based pricing, digitized paper contracts, and uncovered over-provisioned products and missed renewals.
Stale approval rules, integration errors, no governance. We stood up a Run-the-Business model with quarterly health checks and defined change management.
Deals were stalling because automation was firing in the wrong order. We audited every workflow, mapped dependencies, and rebuilt the org with proper governance.
