Consultants who build products think differently

Most consulting firms implement tools. We also create them. When we see the same problem across 10+ clients — invoice scheduling gaps, revenue metric blindness, pricing calculation bottlenecks — we build a product to solve it.

This matters for two reasons: it means our architects understand Salesforce at the product level, not just the configuration level. And it means we're investing in the ecosystem we work in every day — building IP, not just billing hours.
