This is Bluvium's longest-running engagement — a 5+ year partnership with a global CX software company generating over $1.5B in revenue. The initial challenge was replacing a legacy quoting tool that had reached its scalability limits. The product catalog included large nested bundles with three pricing structures (one-time, subscription, and usage-based) and complex cancel/replace amendment processes that required custom CPQ API development.
Over the years, the engagement expanded to include Conga Composer for document generation, DocuSign for e-signatures, DocGen (Nintex) and BigMachine for standardized quoting, and a dedicated cross-functional team managing all enhancements and new product introductions (NPIs). The team operates as an extension of the client's own team across the US, Canada, and India.
