A $1.2B fintech firm's Salesforce org had accumulated years of conflicting workflow rules. We consolidated 12 workflows into 2 clean Flows.
The client's Salesforce org was cluttered with too many workflows and unnecessary automations. Overlapping workflows made logic hard to understand. Error tracking was difficult. Salesforce was retiring workflows, so a clean migration was needed.
We identified all legacy workflows on Case and Case Comment objects and migrated 12 workflows on Case and 1 on Case Comment into just 2 consolidated Flows — one After Create flow and one After Update flow. Built using low-code with improved debugging via flow debug logs and error paths.
